We are looking for an experienced Recruiter whose main focus will be finding the most talented people to join our team across the world. If international recruitment is your passion, you’re bright and energetic and you’d like to experience the excitement of a fast-growing scale-up, then this is the job for you!

Your responsibilities include:

– craftily managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process, including everything from the first kick-off meeting until the ultimate goal – making a job offer!
– screening, interviewing, and selecting applicants internationally
– keeping the candidates warm and updated throughout the hiring process
– exploring, developing, and executing the best sourcing strategies for various roles across the company
– providing support and guidance to the hiring managers to make sure our team is full of kick-ass Scorers
– ensuring an exceptionally positive and personal candidate experience to help build long-term relationships with talented people
– developing and executing various employer branding activities to attract candidates
– presenting Scoro as the perfect place to work (which it totally is) to ensure we have a pipeline of future candidates

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

– a proven track record of successful international recruiting
– creative ways for finding talents – you don’t just wait for them to come and find you!
– familiarity with the applicant tracking system and/or HR database
– an interest and ability to understand how business works
– excellent command of written and spoken English and Estonian
– passion for conducting interviews and networking
– a goal-oriented mindset and wish to get things done
– strong project management and decision-making skills
– superior time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage and adjust multiple competing priorities

– degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related fields
