Explore the professional world more deeply and join the SEB QA Competence Center Team that assists QA Specialists in working with documents and diagrams, consulting them on testing requirements and modeling, and providing internal training.

Your responsibilities will include
– Providing test templates, instructions and best practices
– Coaching teams test processes according to Agile principles
– Practicing testing session in teams during agreed period
– Progress evaluation of QA processes in teams (KPI’s, statistics)
– Supporting and mentoring test tools usage

You’ll be the right fit if you have
– Two or more years QA experience
– Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
– Experience with automated testing tools
– Experience in creating quality assurance strategies in teams working according to Agile principles
– A constant drive for improvement
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Team-centered mindset
– Solid verbal and written skills in English
