Customer Onboarding Project Manager

Your responsibilities include:

– helping our new customers successfully implement Scoro – this involves getting a deep understanding of their business processes, discovering areas for improvement, and introducing new, smarter ways for everyday workflows
– organizing and carrying out customer training for businesses
– using the power of teaching and technology to make sure our customers use Scoro to their maximum benefit
– partner with customers to help them navigate change management and drive adoption of Scoro as a new way of working within their business
– taking part in the constant improvement of our customer journey, and giving feedback about our onboarding processes to further drive efficiency and workflow improvements

We expect you to have:

– 2+ years of experience working on implementation projects
– previous experience with accounting and/or CRM/ERP software
– interest in technology and understanding of business practices
– good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details
– enthusiasm for public speaking and ability to communicate confidently & concisely through Scoro, via email, over the phone or video call with all audiences
– analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
– experience in project management and ability to plan your own time and meet deadlines
– passion in helping customers, serving as an advocate for their success by leading impactful, engaging sessions and providing the best customer experience
– excellent written and spoken English

– a degree in IT or business management
– speaking Estonian, Spanish, French or any other language
